PRIVACY POLICY

This Website is operated by Cincinnati Sports League, LLC (“CSL”). By accessing, browsing, visiting or in any way using this Website (“Site” or “Website”), you acknowledge having read and understood the Privacy Policy (“Policy”), and you agree that you are subject to all terms and conditions contained herein. This Policy is a binding agreement between CSL and you. If you do
not agree to any of these terms, you may not use the Website.

CSL reserves the right, at its discretion, to update or revise the Privacy Policy. Although we may attempt to notify you when major changes are made to the Privacy Policy, you should periodically review the most up-to-date version. Your continued use of the Site following any posted revisions constitutes your agreement to such changes.

This policy explains what information we collect about you when you visit our Website and how we handle such information. The information we collect and how we use such information depends upon what you do when visiting our Site.

Collection of Information

For all visitors, including those who visit our home page but are not CSL members, we collect and store non-personallyidentifiable information including the name of the domain from which you access the Internet (for example, aol.com, if you are connecting from an America Online account); the date and time you access our Site; and the Internet address of the Website from
which you linked directly to our Site. We use the information we collect to measure the number of visitors to the different sections of our Site, and to help us make our Site more useful to visitors.

In order to access some of the features of the Website, you will be required to become a CSL member. If you are an individual member participating in CSL leagues or events, we collect information which is necessary to allow you to participate in such activities such as your name, address, email address, age, gender, and other similar information. We will also collect your credit card information to process your sign-up information.

Protection of Information

CSL takes precautions to ensure that all member account information is kept private. We use reasonable measures to protect member information that is stored within our database, and we restrict access to member information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as customer service personnel and technical staff. Please note that we cannot
guarantee the security of member account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of member information at any time.

Sharing of Information

We may share information with third party suppliers who agree to protect its confidentiality. This information may include the aggregate data collected regarding the visitors to the Website and certain information that may have been provided to CSL by you. CSL may also choose to share aggregate usage information for marketing purposes; provided, however, that this will
generally not include the sharing of your personal information.

From time to time, CSL may also enter into a special relationship with another company that is not owned by CSL to provide additional features on the Site. These special relationships may include “powered by” partners, business partners, sponsors, and co-branded Sites (“referred to here as “co-branded pages”). These might include, for example, pages that share our name and that of another entity. You should look for a specific privacy statement on any such co-branded page. Any personal information that you provide when signing up at one of those co-branded pages may be shared with our third-party partner. You should also check our partner’s Website for information regarding its privacy policies.

[OPTIONAL: Also, the nature of some features of our Site may require that we share personal information about you with persons or companies outside of CSL. For example, this may occur at a feature that enables you, via our Site, to ask questions of persons or entities that are not part of CSL. By responding to those features of the Site, whether by email or direct entry of
information on our Website, you are consenting to our transferring that information to such persons or entities. With respect to specific registration modules, such as contests, we may disclose personal information collected, and we will post a conspicuous statement on the registration module to the effect that we will be disclosing the information collected with third parties.]

We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, including technical support services. To perform those functions, it may be necessary for them to obtain access to CSL’s databases and servers, which may contain personally identifying information about users. They are not permitted to use such access or information for any purpose other than that for which they are retained, but CSL cannot guarantee that such third parties will not abuse their access privileges.

We will also disclose any information we possess in response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal requirements, and such information might be used by the receiving party to determine your identity, your web usage and online behavior or other things about you. We generally do not inform users of such requests for information, although we might try to do so in some cases.

If this Site is sold to, or merges with, another company not owned by CSL, you should expect that some or all of the information collected from this Website may be transferred to the buyer or surviving company. If so, CSL will seek to obligate the acquiring company to use any personal information transferred by this Site in a manner consistent with this Policy, but cannot guarantee that it will be able to impose that requirement or that the acquiring company will comply.

Except as otherwise described in this Policy, CSL will not disclose personal information to any third party unless we believe that disclosure is necessary: (1) to conform to legal requirements or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other legal process received by CSL, whether or not a response is required by applicable law; (2) to enforce the CSL Terms of Services Agreement or to protect our rights; or (3) to protect the safety of the members of the public and users of the service.

If at any time you would like your personal information deleted from the Website or CSL’s records, please email us with your request and we will delete this information.

All such rights are retained by CSL or any third party owner of such rights.

CSL is not obligated to monitor the User Content. However, CSL may, at its sole discretion, edit, decline to post, or remove any User Content or any information or materials or any portion thereof. result in a warning notification or termination of your account.

License to CSL

In submitting any User Content, you are granting CSL a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, nonexclusive, transferable, fully paid, and fully sublicensable worldwide right and license to publish such content, and to store, translate, distribute, copy, display, perform, modify or otherwise use the content for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to marketing or advertising materials, and to exercise all copyright and rights of publicity over the material displayed in the User Content, in any existing or future media, now known or later developed. You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, “robots,” “spiders,” “scripts,” “webcrawlers,” or “offline readers,” that accesses the Website in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period using a conventional on-line web browser. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CSL grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the Site for the sole purpose, and solely to the extent necessary, for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. CSL reserves the right to revoke these exceptions, either generally or in specific cases.

Anti-Spam Policy

While we encourage you to refer friends, family, colleagues, and others to use the Website, you may do so only through methods that are consistent with the terms and conditions of your own internet service provider as well as prevailing standards of acceptable internet use and behavior. In particular, you may not use the Website, name, trademarks, or other intellectual property of CSL in conjunction with sending of unsolicited email, or cause to be used CSL’s equipment, network connectivity or other resources to originate, deliver, relay, or otherwise transmit unsolicited emailed messages. You may not engage in any of these prohibited activities by using the service of any other provider, third-party agent, remailing service, or address forwarding service, in such a way that CSL’s network addresses or services are in any way identified as being associated with the sending of unsolicited mail. Incidents of “spamming” or similar inappropriate behavior should be reported to us.

Notification and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement

It is CSL’s policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable international intellectual property law (including, in the United States, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act) and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. You may notify CSL if your work has been copied in a way that you believe constitutes copyright infringement. In compliance with Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), CSL has designated a Copyright Agent to receive any such notification. The complete details of providing such notification is located in the Copyright policy on this Website.

If you choose to send personally-identifying information to Linked Sites, you do so at your own risk. We do not
control the collection or use of this information, and we make no representations about the privacy policies or practices of other Sites. Accordingly, we encourage you to be aware when you leave the Website and to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each other Website that you visit.
